- COLLEGE OF NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE – Lectures
Widespread prescription of antimalarials over the last fifty years, even when the risk of contracting disease was only theoretical, and without emphasising the need for personal protection against mosquito bites, has led to the dangerous situation of the malarial parasite being resistant to many of the available drugs, both for prevention and treatment of the disease…
This tip comes from GP and Homeopath Dr Jayne Donegan.
You can hear more tips from Dr Donegan at the following CNM seminars:

- ‘MMR – WHICH IS BETTER: THE DISEASE OR THE VACCINE?’
In the 1950s and 60s, parents used to take their children to Measles, Mumps and Rubella parties to try and get them infected.
After a 1990s outbreak in Gloucester, England Steiner parents reported a strengthening and maturing of their child both mentally and physically although the author pointed out that the cases were in, “fit, well nourished children from a community that advocates a healthy lifestyle.”
Advocating a healthy lifestyle as a viable alternative vaccination against measles is not am option that the Department of Health offers to parents.
This talk will be held at the following places:
- THE VACCINATION QUESTION by Dr JAYNE DONEGAN
Isn’t it scientifically proved that vaccination is the single most effective cause of improved health in the 20th and 21st Century?
Every parent should be given the opportunity to see that vaccination: its safety and efficacy, is not a black and white issue, so that they can make fully informed choices about their health.
Should you vaccinate your child or not? Only you, as a parent, can decide what is best for you and your family.

- Mothers and Babies Clinic at The Healthy Living Centre, N1
Craniosacral Therapy can help a woman’s body adjust to the changes created by pregnancy and prepare her for labour in a fully resourced condition.
Treatment is effective with:
- Difficulties with the pelvis, spine, uterus, abdominal cavity and also with organ functions
- fluid retention
- high blood pressure
- low immune system
- headaches, etc.
It can help both baby and mother recover from the rigors of labour and childbirth. The best time to resolve this is immediately after the event, especially if it has been a difficult and complex labour.
Many conditions that occur later in life or during early years of development have been found by craniosacral therapists to stem from unresolved birth trauma. This can often be linked to learning or behavioural difficulties that occur in children.
The clinic encourages both mother and baby/child to have treatment together as they so closely effect each other. This has been found to be a very effective way of resolving health difficulties. There is a discount in the clinic fees to encourage this. The clinic also believes it is important for pregnant women to receive regular treatment as a way of maximizing health and preparing for birth.
